I was met by Stefanie Uphold when I brought my car in for repair. She was most friendly and helpful. She advised me I could leave my car that day but the soonest I could leave it was 1-1/2 days later, which I did. When I was told my car was ready to pick up, I was pleasantly surprised because it was ahead of schedule (less than a week), and quite unexpected because the company was in the process of moving to a building next door and I expected a slight delay. My car looked brand new, outside and in! The inside was so clean I almost hated to sit in it. I am very proud of the work done by Gerber and will not hesitate to recommend anyone who needs this type of work done on their car.

I did not realize this Gerber is a national company. I say that because everyone I had the pleasure of working treated me like they we a small company...really interested in my business!!! This is a good thing. I worked most closely with Marcie Mendez. She was wonderful. Prompt to respond to my questions and very flexible with my schedule. I would Wreck-ommend, (to use your word), this shop to anyone I may know that's need body/glass work in the area. I would also point someone needing a paint job you way, as the paint work/matching was perfect. Thanks for the great service. hal wood

They did a great job repairing my car in a timely manner and kept me up to date on all repairs. I would reccomend this location any time! The staff was friendly and very informative of all processes. Also, the project manager, Steve Kispetik, took time out of his day to contact me regarding my vehicle and was very nice. I will never go anywhere else for my collision repairs!

Very satisfied customer. Everything went according to schedule. I was in and out of gerber in no more than 5 minutes anytine I was there. I would recommend Gerber to anyone in the future and will come back for any future repairs.

The Gerber employees treated me in a first class manner and the repair work done on the vehicle was outstanding. The estimator Jim Pohlman was very professional, told me exactly what needed to be replaced and how the work was to be done. He kept in contact with me the whole time calling with updates on how the repair was progressing. The body work and replacement part work was excellent. I can't believe how the new paint exactly matches the existing paint. I've looked at the vehicle at several angles and still can't figure out where the two were blended together. The Gerber work was superior..
