The people at this office are so nice, and they explained everything that was to be done and what to expect. They checked the car when we brought it for an estimate and recorded things not related to this repair so that we would know what was already on the car (in the way of scratches, dents, etc. that we had not even noticed). They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Even the waiting room was clean and pleasant. Our car was ready even earlier than promised! They even offered to pick me up from home to bring me to the office to get the car if no one else at my house was available. The price was exactly the same as what was originally quoted. Work was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Reps and manager were very cooperative. (Work was done to my uncle's car, R. Roszkowski, which is in my care.)

I stopped by to see if I can get the lower panel below my drives door removed and put back into place. It was hanging on a by some of the clips after it was scrapped on a high curb. I could not fix it because I was afraid I was going to do more damage. When I stopped in I met Bob. He was very happy to assist me with this problem. He had a tech look at the car right away. The tech installed the panel properly and looked great (besides the scrap on it that caused the panel to pop loose). Bob told me there was no charge and stated he was happy to help me out. I looked at Bob and said "Wow! Really?" He said "sure don't worry about it" and asked if he can mail me an estimate to have the scrap fixed. The service was great here. I really appreciated that I received calls during the repair process with updates on how everything was going with my car. That showed real professionalism in my opinion. The service was completed 3 business days before anticipated. The work that was done on my car was perfect! My car was even cleaned throughout on the inside! Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of service!

They did a nice job, I was very happy with the quality of work and ease of the whole process. Friendly staff. My car was vaccumed inside and washed on the outside. I would reccomend Gerber.

I've had two of my vehicles worked on by Gerber, both an IS350 and Sienna, which were taken care of to my satisfaction. I recommend this Schaumburg location for anyone who needs their vehicles repaired after an accident. Kudos to Joe Azzano who took ever effort to ensure that I walked out a happy customer.
