Gerber did an outstanding job of repairing the deep scratch on my wife's car, and then went above and beyond and delivered the car to our home because my wife had just had surgery and couldn't drive. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I would definitely use Gerber again.

The waiting room was comfortable. The estimator, Tom Mazzone was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me 2 status updates every week while the car is in repair and even offered me a complimentary 5-day car rental. The repair job was great and on schedule. I already told many of my friends regarding the experience I had with Gerber. Thanks for the great job!

I had the unfortunate luck of being struck by a hit and run in the parking lot of a softball game I was playing. A couple of weeks ago I was lucky to have Tom Mazzone as my Estimator for that hit and run. He was incredibly insightful and knowledgeable. They were very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. Jim provided expert care and advice to ensure the safety of my family and repair my vehicle. Jim and Jennifer arranged for a ride to my office and the provision for a rental car. They kept me informed through out the repair process and delivered my repaired car in a timely manner. I also interacted with the guys in the shop and they were also very helpful. Professional service when I walked into the Schaumburg location. Jim Pohlman gave me a full explanation on how they would handle my repair plus he followed up with me the next day to give me a status. They originally thought the work would take a week and my car was finished in 2 days. Great service and great repair.

I have a 2003 Mazda Miata that I bought new 7 years ago after wanting one for 15 years. My wife and I are both retired and although it is now an exotic or expensive sports car, it provides us with many fun summer getaways. I have babied the car since new; always garaged during the winter, regular maintenance, hand wash and wax regularly. With roughly 32,000 miles on it a few weeks ago I was sitting at a stoplight and a Honda Pilot suddenly backed into me, thought he was too far into the intersection and didn't see me.
