First, the repair looks fabulous! I think they went far above and beyond what was required - Jim Pohlman spent alot of time explaining and answering questions - if I did not understand, he re-explained - re-explained & re-explained - he never appeared annoyed and seemed more than happy to do it. He answered questions regarding other vehicle info - EXTREMELY helpful & appreciated!!! They were very friendly, helpful & informative - I would absolutely recommend them! I really do appreciate the time they spent with me - explaining & answering questions! I also appreciated the way they handled the car rental!!!

Unfortunately for me, I have had to visit Gerber twice in the last month due to a run of bad luck. However, the whole crew at the Schaumburg location has done a stellar job both times I have have needed work done and have made my car seem like new on both occasions. Jim Pohlman kept me informed on the progress of my repairs, and made sure I was taken care of. In my opinion, there is no other place for me to go in the future and I will refer all that I can to Gerber. Thanks again.

My Chevy 2002 Trail Blazer was in for collision repairs in October 2010 and in April 2011 in noticed some of the paint was coming off on the passenger door. When I returned to Gerber in Schaumburg, Illinois to talk about what was happening, the production manager Joe Azzano assisted me and the problem was quickly resolved and repaired. Joe was extremely professional and courteous, a pleasure to work with. He turned an otherwise negative experience into a positive one.
