came for an estimate to reattach flair over wheel.. was offered clips to reattach for no charge.. amazing service... wow is the only word that does it. i will be coming back to take care of the scuffs and scratches but no longer fear of my wheel flair falling off... thank you sooo much gerber!!! i will definitely be recommending you guys to any of my friends unfortunate enough to damage their vehicle!! Seriously awesome!! Thank you so much.. made my day!!

After a hit-and-run I was not very happy. That turned around quickly after my State Farm rep offered Gerber as one of the preferred choices for repairs. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist handed me off to Jessie, who evaluated the damage and in short order gave me an estimate on time and costs. After dropping my car off, I was kept up to date with the progress via phone all along the way. Pick up was a couple of days before the completion estimate and my vehicle looked like new! Amazing A big thanks from me to everyone at Gerber in Skokie...especially Jessie, who was so personable that I might just stop by to say "hello" to every now and again! ;-D

Where do I begin.. A few months ago I brought my car in because my window wouldn't roll down on my 2004 honda civic. Jason, my service guy, looked at, said no problem, and had it fixed within an hour, no questions asked. I'm back, today, because my lock stopped working on my door. I got a quote from honda that it would be $250 to have it fixed so I came here to get a quote. I set up an appointment and stopped in. I was lucky to have Jason working with me again. He fixed the issue again and saved me a lot of money! Both repairs were done while I waited in the waiting area for the car. And- I got a free car wash both times! I'm so thankful I brought my car here, and even more thankful Jason was my service guy. He is the best. Ask for him if you come to this location!

I was very happy with the services and repairs offered at this location! Everyone is very professional, great customer service, excellent and accurate information and all in all good work! After i was involved in an accident, i took my car to these guys and only after couple days, i took my car back - just like new. I would totally recommend their services to a friend!
