service good except recently when they order part(side mirror) parts department sent the wrong one suppose to be right mirror but sent left. Waste of time on our my part because I have to come back again.Over all service is good its my second visit to your shop.

I am happy with the service in all aspects: front desk, estimator and the work was handled professionally. It took a tad longer than estimated but I had a rental car, so my nose was not bent out of shape. I hope to not see you soon, but IF I need repair, you're my shop.

After I get the claim no from state farm,13-431G570.I saw mr.Jason M. he kept me informed all the way down to finish my car repairs,although it took 19 days to fix my car,I am happy with the service.I have another car to be fixed.I am happy to deal with him again,and hope to see him soon .

I am extremely pleased with the customer service that i received from Estimator, Jack S., and the repairs to the car. I will definitely return for any future service requirements. Mr. S. explained everything, addressed all of my questions thoughtfully and allayed any concerns that I had. Jack was great about calling when the car was done, and it was done a day ahead of schedule! And to top it off, the day i dropped off the car there was an unseasonable/unexpected downpour - and Jack was very kind and lent me an umbrella, because i was going to be walking to the train. He did not even complain when i took several days to return it to him. Great customer service, great guy. You are lucky to have him.

Well for starter some person broke my windshield and i called gerber and this most incredible handsome gentleman came out to fix my car in the bitter cold. He was professional installer humber polite and explain the ins and outs also whats not to do after installing my glass so thanks u gerber glass and thank god for sending that glass tech out.* mr r.

Very professional and prompt service, including coordination with my auto insurance company, from beginning to end. Estimator Shawn Niemi provided me with detailed information regarding his estimate, the damage, and the anticipated repair work. I was pleased the final repairs cost less than the initial estimate and that my car was completed in one week instead of the projected 23 days. The end result was also beautiful, the car looks like new. This was my first experience with Gerber, and I will not hesitate to use them in the future, if needed. Yung Le was my estimator and he was very easy to work with. He looked over my damage and explained exactly what had to be done and how they would do it. He quoted me a price and also told me of a discount coupon that Gerber offered since I was paying for the repair myself. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Since this was a brand new car, I was nervous that the repair would be obvious. The repair guys did a beautiful job fixing the damaged area and the paint blended in perfect with the rest of the car. Even looking up close you cannot tell where they repaired the bumper. I have had some repairs to other cars over the years, but this was the best experience I have had. Thank you Gerber.
