My right side mirror popped out. I went to another care care office and was told the mirror was broken.. There was a piece missing to they would have to order it for $160.00. I decided to go to Gerber, just to get a price comparison. I was greeted by David Martinez with a warm smile and he made me feel very comfortable. I asked him if the mirror could be repaired and for how much? He took the mirror to the car and was able to pop it back in. He explained the mirror is broken, but he was able to position it for use. There was no charge. I was very pleased with the service I received.

The first time I chose this Gerber location was for accident repairs last year (2012). So, since there was already a successful business relationship with this particular location, I chose them again today when my car was experiencing some water seepage. Gerber was able to be flexible with my work schedule and accomodate (at the last minute) a quick appointment to determine where the seepage was originating from. After about 20-30 minutes, they were able to locate the problem; the water was being stored within the sun roof hoses and needed to be drained out. Gerber technicians were able to fix it right on the spot and I was so grateful for this; it was a blessing. Thank you Gerber for your fantastic customer service and your loyalty. -Jillian

I was referred by my State Farm agent Phil Blume to Gerber in Skokie. I met David Martinez when I arrived he greeted me and was very polite. I told him I had scratches on the left side of my Volvo. He told me the most cost effective way to take care of this would be to buff the scratches. He than took my keys brought the vehicle to the back and buffed and touched them up for me. He even washed my car! looks Great! Thank you for being honest and fair!

American Family is not my company, but the company of the individual who hit my car. I selected Gerber because of its proximity to my house and because it is across the street from Enterprise. I must share my good fortune with others! In need of body repair of my car for damage sustained in a collision, I took the car to Gerber in Skokie, IL. The estimator, David Martinez, gave me outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, considerate, patient and caring in his dealings with me. From the moment I met David to te final day when he delivered my car in perfect condition to my residence making certain that I felt secure in the placement of the mirrors, controls, etc. before turning the car back to me. I appreciated his concern for both my welfare and satisfaction. Gerber, as always, repaired the body of the car to a point of perfection!

"I brought my car in to repair a bumper "abrasion". They repaired it quickly and neatly, as well as pleasantly. Marshall Herschberg facilitated the logistics and came out with the body man who did the work and showed me the car explaining what had been done. The receptionist, Yesenia, was also quite pleasant and helpful in getting things started as soon as I came in. She also interacted wonderfully with a young girl(around 5 or 6) when her mother had to go out of the waiting area with the body man to show him her car.This is why I have been at this Gerber's now for the third time. They are professional in all respects, doing excellent work!"
