David Martinez was an Excellent Salesperson._x000D_ He made me feel that every step of the repair to my Nissan X-terra was to my exact detail even if the insurance company's did not care about aftermarket parts. My car was in a real bad accident, I'm talking about unrecognizable. This was a month ago. Gerber Auto Body got my car looking like nothing ever happened to it, and they used ACTUAL MAZDA parts, not aftermarket parts. They gave me a lifetime warranty for the repairs. Also, my major concern was to get the car looking like nothing ever happened to it, and on a timely manner... To say the least, Gerber delivered, and had the car back to new less than the estimated time frame!!! Gerber Auto Body is freaking amazing!! I would def reccommend Gerber to ANY of my friends/family for AWESOME and TIMELY repairs! The best part, someone from the shop called every Tuesday and Thursday for the past month to keep me updated on the status of my car!!!! THANK YOU GERBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough about the professional, friendly service I received at Gerber. After the accident I was very shook up, to say the least. Everyone was very sensitive to that fact, from the young women at the front desk to David Martinez , who was in charge of my claim. If I remember correctly, I had an estimate that Friday afternoon. I was also given a date that I could expect the work to be completed. I had at least three calls between the day I brought the car in and yesterday when I picked the car up. I even had a call letting me know that they couldn't get the original back-up sensors but they would replace them with a newer model. The repairs were outstanding.
