I am pleased with the work done on my car and the personal service provided by your staff and particularly by Matt Hershberger, who was most helpful and communicative during the entire process of getting the needed repairs done in the most economical way. Matthew Hersberger was the person that help me from the start to the finish of my journey to get the car repaired. I couldn't have had a nicer or kinder person if I had hand picked him myself. Help me from the car rental to driving my car home completed repaired. He went out of his way to explained everything to me. Glad I choose Gerber Collision to my car. Happy I got Matt to see that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Our estimater, Matthew Hershberger did an excellent job of handling our car repair. He did an excellent job of explaining the repair work to be done and keeping us informed as to the progress of the repair. He has a great personality, knows his job and performs it well. "Someone left a "noticable"dent/scrape on the rear side door or my car while I was in the store. I called Gerber & brought it in on a Tuesday to be fixed. Employee David Martinez, estimator, called me with the status of my car every evening. The car was ready for pickup on Friday. It now looks as if it came off the showroom floor. They even cleaned the inside!! Great Job, excellent communication and very friendly company."
