I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GERBER IN SKOKIE; THE TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF MY REPAIR WAS FANTASTIC; I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL AND CONSTANTLY CHECK TO SEE IF MY CAR WAS DONE. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS RESPECTFUL AND INFORMATIVE; THEY ALSO HANDLED MY RENTAL CAR, SO I DID NOT HAVE TO DO IT. IN MY YEARS OF GETTING VARIOUS CARS FIXED, GERBER HAS BEEN THE BEST.

Gave regular updates on repair progress via voice mail and text messages, 1-2 times a week for 5 weeks. Receptive to comments and fixed all concerns from our initial inspection within 1 week. Office and repair staff very patient when I was trying to schedule for final inspection. Work completed 3 weeks ahead of computer set schedule. Restored 2011 car with 50 % damages to previous new appearance. Would recommend Gerber. Thank you.

My experience with Gerber was excellent, both in their customer service and the quality of their work. The initial estimate and final cost were both very reasonable. Although I expected to leave the car for the entire week, the work was completed in less than 4 days. I received calls, as promised, to provide an update about the work being done. When the car was ready, the work was excellent and looked in better condition than prior to the recent collision. I would recommend Gerber to family, friends, and colleagues without hesitation.
