recently had some glass work done & more recently had some body work done on my 2001 BMW 740IL at your Skokie, IL shop. Though I did not personally meet the people handling the glass work, their attentiveness in communicating with me by phone was most impressive. And the fact that the final bill was less than the quote conveyed a sense of integrity on the part of your representatives - & your company. Thus, when I needed body work done I went back to the Skokie shop. Matt Hershberger took care of my needs. He was thorough, explained the unknowns, was clear in explaining what needed to be done & the time it would take to do it. When an extra charge needed to be made, he called first & explained it. My side passenger mirror was damaged. I worked with Matthew at the Skokie Location. Matthew explained and made me feel very comfortable. He found the part, had it ship and replaced in 2 days. I would recommend this collision and glass to any and everyone who need auto collision and/or glass repair. Thanks again. This is an efficient and friendly place.

The whole staff at Gerber was wonderful. MAtthew was very helpful and commmunicated well with us throughout the process. Our care was fixed quickly and looks brand new!!!!
