David Martinez was excellent. Our car was at Gerber for approx 3 weeks and he provided us with weekly updates telling us exactly what was going on with our car and when it would be done. Very happy with David and if we ever need a repair again we will come back to Gerber due to his excellent customer service.

This has actually not been my first visit to Gerber Collision. They had originally repaired a problem I had with a door... free of charge. Based on that alone, when I needed to take my vehicle in, they were the first place I thought of. My decision paid off. The van looks great, the door is squared off and everything seems to be exactly the way it was prior to the accident. I was told the van would be ready Thursday, and while I was resigned to pick it up Friday, the van was indeed ready on time. I would take any vehicle to this center again. The work was delivered when promised and I was pleased with the work when delivered.

Originally had a large hole and bumper damage to the front of my car due to a hit and run. Now you can not tell that there was any injury to the car at all. I appreciate the dedicated work that Gerber has provided and that they provide updates every step of the repair service. The work was extremely well done and everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the work they were doing. During my estimate appointment, they gave me two estimates depending upon whether they could fix the bumper damage on their own or if a new piece would have to be ordered. I have never heard of company providing a service like that, and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use Gerber when they have collision or glass repairs that need to be completed. I will definitely continue to use Gerber in the future.
