I have very high praise for all that have helped me during my 7 week repair. Matt, especially, has been patient, thorough and understanding with all explanations and situations with regard to my repair. Several other individuals spoke with me with updates and all were just as courteous and helpful as Matt. All were familiar with the repair and its status, so I never felt like I was suffering by not talking to Matt. I appreciated that no shortcuts were taken - everything that was needed was done. If there was a doubt, it was replaced. I would recommend Matt, and Gerber, wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Thank you very much.

My insurance company had recommended Gerber for repairs needed on my 10 year old Sentra which had rear end damage. From the start, the customer service was excellent and the work done to repair the misaligned trunk, buckled trunk floor and replacement of bumper guard was completed satisfactorily - eliminating all evidence of the collision. The estimator kept me informed as work on my vehicle progressed as well as my insurance company. If I or anyone else were in need of a repair shop, I would not hesitate to recommend this one.

I was very pleased with the service. They got it done in great time especially after I heard they were low staffed. I recieved phone calls almost every day and I also called numerous times and recieved answers to my questions within an hour. We are repeat customers and fingers crossed I wont need to be back anytime soon, but if I do, I will be choosing here and David!
