From the initial estimate to the final check of work done, I was treated as a valued customer. All work was performed as promised. Dave Marinez kept me informed as to the progress of repairs. The repairs were completed on time and my car was returned on the date promised. While I hope that I do not need their services any time soon, I would definitely return to Gerber in the future.

Thank you for the quality work. Our minor repair took a few days longer than originally estimated but was worth the wait. The car looks great. David Martinez handled everything from start to finish seamlessly and professionally. I would not hesitate to wreck-ommend Gerber.

David Martinez was my service writer. Went over tje work to be performed. He offered suggestions which I took. Kept me updated during the repair process and reviewed the finished work when completed. I am completely satisfied. The work was done well and the final price was the same as the estimate.

I came in to get an estimate and was in and out so quickly and left very happy. Dave was friendly, professional and explained everything very well. I brought my car in to be fixed on Thursday and was told I would have it back Saturday. On Friday afternoon, they surprised me and said my car was done. When I picked it up it was fixed perfectly! You couldn't tell there had ever been anything wrong. On top of that they cleaned my car and the whole car looked brand new again including the tires. My husband surprised me and had them put on a pin stripe which looks cool. They did a great job on everything. I have been a customer of Gerber for years and recommend them to everyone.

David Martinez, the estimator at this location was a very helpful person. I was so upset about my car accident that his friendly personality helped me realize that my car can be fixed with no problems. He stayed in contact with me by leaving voicemails when I wasn't available. His voicemails consisted of the progress of my car and the price. My car was done within 4 days instead of 2 weeks. I was very impressed with my car. My bumper and truck looked new as if I just bought a whole new car. They vacuumed and washed my car which I greatly appreciated. David Martinez made my experience at gerber collision worth while.

I just want to say Thank you to the shop that took care of my Jetta. David Martinez told me what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and also how they were going to make sure that once the Jetta was taken apart they would make sure that everything was in working order. David, gave me an estimated time for the work to be completed. To my surprise the work was done a couple days earlier. David did call me on Tuesday to inform me of how it was going so i was not to worried. Everyone at the shop was friendly and professional. I will recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs for glass or collision. David and the team did an excellent job and my Jetta looks like if it just came off the show floor. Please let them know that they RULE!

Our representative was David Martinez, he was very helpful in keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle. Information was relayed in a timely manner and it was accurate. If there was an issue with a part coming in or something, we were notified right away. There were no issues with getting a rental while our car was out of service, State Farm, the rental company and Gerber all communicated with each. We've always a relationship with the folks at Gerber, that's why there's always the first choice. Thank youM

"I brought my 2010 Nissan Maxima in for repair to the Gerber Collision location in Skokie, IL. A car is like a "member of your family." You want someone who will take good care of it and fix it like new! My estimator, David Martinez was like a doctor! He checked the car for me and told me what had to be done to repair it. David also called me and gave me updates on the status of the repair job. The car was ready exactly when David said it would be. He also personally checked the car over with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the repair of the car. The car was repaired and looked like new! David's professionalism and customer care definitely would want me to refer Gerber to others who need repair work done for their car. You were so kind and understanding when I came in hours after I had just picked up my Toyota RAV4 from your shop only to be sideswiped in a parking lot a couple hours later. I am espically thankful for the fact that you buffed out the scatches from the second accident, free of charge.
