My adjuster Jim was very helpful in the process. I had a burglary that caused serious damage to my vehicle, breaking 2 windows and causing exterior/interior damage. Jim was thorough in the process and kept me up to date on the process of my repairs. I did have a few bumps in the road, but Gerber was fast to correct the errors. Jim and Dave were also very good with the walk through inspection of my vehicle, and I mentioned there was some glass left underneath one of the seats. Immediately the issue was resolved. This particular Skokie location offers top notch service and also keeps the customer informed. I always like to be informed even if things are going to take a bit longer to fix, and Gerber makes sure the customer is involved in the process. My car was hit while parked and no one came forward to say they hit my car. On coming to Gerber David Martinez was very helpful in providing my estimate quickly during my lunch break from work and the repairs were also done very swiftly once the part came in. I was very satisfied with the consideration I received and will recommend Gerber to friends. I hope I do not have to come back but in the event that I should need repair service I would come back to Gerber.

After I was rear ended I took my car into Gerber to have it repaired. I was so pleased with their professionalism and service. When I walked in I was greeted by Sam who assisted me with getting Jim to do the estimate. Jim immediately contacted my insurance company to make sure I would be able to get into a rental car that day instead of waiting the weekend. I was so impressed with the customer service I would deifintly reccommend them again.
