This was the second time we have taken our vehicle to Gerber. I hope it's the last. Everyone was very helpful and nice. They had told me my car was going to take about a week and a half. I asked if they could get it out in a week. David said he would try. i was very thankful for that. Thanks again!

James Heitzman was extremely helpful from the first day I brought in my car to find out if it was drivable through the estimation through Allstate process and to the drop off and pick -up of my beautifully repaired car. I really appreciate how he kept in contact with me regarding the status of my car and it's repair. The repair department did a great job also, but I don't know their names. Also, thank you for cleaning my car it looks like new.

"Someone "rear-ended" me a few weeks ago. I took my car to Gerber on Skokie Blvd., in Skokie, IL. I can't say enough about that shop. I walked in and was greeted promptly with a smile from an employee named "Sam". Sam could not have been more helpful. He asked how he could help me. I told him about the accident and he directed me to Jim the "estimator. Jim gave me an estimate, scheduled an appointment and off I went. The repairs were done in a timely manner. I could see that pride was taken in the work they did and it was perfect. Sam, Jim, and everyone else were so kind, considerate, and helpful. I can't say enough about them. Best service at a Body Shop I have ever received. Rental car location is convenient. They delivered my car when promise. The quality of the work is better than the dealership. I had a previous accident and I took my Ford Explorer to Ford. Ford did not use original parts and the quality of the work was poor. I would take my truck to Gerber again.
