James kept me updated with the repairs and progress. When I got my car back, I was very satisfied with the job. It looked great, just like brand new! I just picked up my van today. Jim Heitzman was very efficient, professional and friendly when he did my estimate. He then called to relate the progress and estimated completion date, and went over the completed repair with me. I was very happy with the great service. The bill came out less than estimated and the car was ready earlier than estimated.
