The repair at Gerber was completed on time as promised and the results were excellent. The body paint match was so perfect that my examination in the bright sunlight did not show any difference either in color. tone or brilliance. I would definitely recommend Gerber for car repair work.

It was a pleasure to work with David Martinez. He was courteous but more than that he was friendly and caring. He called for permission to order another part when additional damage was discovered. He took the time to explain the repairs and answer all of our questions.

Everybody was great. They picked me up. I was schedule to pick up for 2 weeks they got it done earlier. Service was Great! I knew how my vehicle was doing they called me to inform me every Tuesday & Thursday.

Service was excellent! Estimate was well explained so we knew what was going to done on the van. David gave good tips to take care of the vehicle after the repairs. Van looks good as new! I really appreciated the updates it helped plan my day out. Nobody has ever kept us updated like David and Gerber. I will recommend everyone who needs collision work.

Estimate was processed and thoroughly explained to me by service representative David Martinez. He also made arrangements for the repairs and a rental car to use while the work was being done. David called to report of progress of the repairs two days later and give a tentative time for completion. Two days later he called to say the repairs were done and informed me that I could leave the rental car at Gerber when I picked up our Honda Pilot. When I came in for our car, David met me and went over the repairs. The service at all levels from the receptionist to the relationship with our insurance company was excellent.

Very nice people both at the Glenview (on Lehigh) and Skokie sites. My car initially was towed to Glenview (accident happened in Glenview), then...due to Glenview site being so busy...I was asked if my car could be towed to Skokie. Fine with me since I live in Morton Grove. Dave is a good worker and nice guy (Skokie).
