The service I received at Gerber in Skoki was outstanding. Jim Heitzman was extremely helpful. He called twice while my car was there to keep me updated on the repairs. This was the second time I had my car at this shop and I will not hesitate to bring it back if I ever need to again. The reception staff was very courteous as well.

I had a wonderful and professional experience with Gerber. My car was damaged while parked on the street. My insurance company was very easy to work with and recommended Gerber for my collision needs. It was a great choice. Fast, friendly, courteous...they really made it easy. Repair service was perfect, I couldn't have asked for a better quality job for repair. The customer service was great, the rep, Jim Heitzman that I worked with was excellent. I personally was really stressed because the damage done to my car wasn't my fault and the person at fault's insurance company wouldn't pay to repair my car at Gerber, and only at some second rate body shop that I've never heard of. So I went through my own insurance company to get it repaired just to get it repaired at Gerber and I'm glad I did because my car looks great now and working with Jim, relieved a lot of stress, just knowing my car was getting repaired the way it supposed to be and not by some body shop I never heard of.

David Martinez is the perfect customer service professional. He was very thorough, and took incredible care. The overall service has been top notch, and would recommend Skokie Gerber to anyone. My truck looks like a million bucks, and you would never know that it had been in an accident. I had an issue after I drove the vehicle home, and they had me bring it right in to take care of it. David Martinez will forever be my go to guy for auto repair.....

I HAD WONDERFUL SERVICE AT GERBER. I APRECIATED THAT THEY TOOK ME HOME AND BROUGHT ME BACK WHEN MY CAR WAS READY! DAVID WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. My car was repaired faster than I expected, they did and touched up more than what was contracted for, making the car look even better, and they also looked into another minor problem I had. They fixed this problem for FREE which the dealership wanted to charge me $229. This is the best repair shop with whom I have ever have ever dealt. I cannot speak for all Gerber Collision shops, but the shop on 8250 Skokie Blvd in Skokie, Illinois is GOOD!
