Got the car a few days ago and am very happy. I also noted that the shop is the cleanest body shop I have ever seen. A remarkable feat in a business that generates so much dirt and debris. It is a sign of a well run business! Everyone has been very nice and helpful.

I am writing to commend Jame Heitzman for the outstanding job he didn in repairing damage done to my car. After my car was struck by a hit and run driver, I was upset by not only the damage, but the fact that my insurance would have to pay for everything. James calmly walked me through what could be done to restore my car to its state before the accident, and did so in such a short time that I got my car back in just a couple of days. Furthermore, he went out of his way to advise me on whether to file a claim, which was not needed since the cost of repairs was almost equal to the deductible. Overall, I am very happy with the work James did, and truly feel like a valued customer, and not like someone who had to fend for herself after an accident. I recently had my car vandalized. The back passenger window was smashed and there was glass all over in my car. I brought my car in and was very pleased by the service. The car was fixed and cleaned. David Martinez took very good care of me answered all my questions. When I left something in the car had it at the desk when I came to pick it up. Also helped me to transfer all my things to the rental. When I picked up my car he washed it as had a little dust on.
