I called for and estimate, and the same day a technician came out to my place of employment. He was honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. He explained to me the process of fixing the glass and the reason it could not be fixed. The next day a new technician came out to replace the glass. Again, an honest, straightforward and knowledgeable technician, explaining what was going to be done. The replacement was clean, no left over debris, and fast. I cannot say enough good things about your service technicians. Both of them were beyond great!!!!! I would never hesitate to recommend your service. The price was reasonable the service excellent!!!!!

I am writing you to let you know that I had an outstanding experience with your company, and in particular with one of your estimators, James Heitzman. My vehicle incurred $4,000 worth of body damage in an accident and my insurance company (USAA) referred me to the Skokie Boulevard location for the repairs. James was so attentive in explaining to me repairs were needed, the cost, the timeframe, and most importantly keeping me constantly appraised of the work progress and stimated finish date thru multiple phone calls to me. I very much appreciated the attentiveness and the repairs are flawless. James is excellend at what he does, and is a credit to your organization and an asset that I do hope you will recognize. My contact person was Jim (sorry blocking on his last name) who was excellent to us through the auto body repair that was done on our 2002 Toyota Prius. He dealt very professionally and very personably with examining our repair needs. He coordinated superbly with our auto insurance USAA and saved us money. I cannot but give Jim the highest rating in handling our auto body needs.

I drove in, got a reasonable estimate and my car got repaired expertly in a timely manner. My sales rep, David was awesome. he was professional, thorough and easy to talk to. I hope I don't have another accident but if i do, I'll definitely go to the Gerber shop in Skokie.

Since there was quite a bit of damage done to my car I was worried that it may never be the same. Thank goodness I was wrong. The car looks beautiful and rides even better and I'm positive it will provide years of save service to my our family. The car was finished sooner than expected and I was happy that my insurance company's rental coverage did not expire. I was called and given consistent updates on my car as the work was performed which added to my level of confidence. I met the General Manager of the shop and learned that cars are not only his line of work, but also his hobby and his employees definitely shared his enthusiasm and passion for doing their jobs right the first time.
