This is the second time that I have had to use Gerber, and I would recommend them to anyone. I feel that they go above and beyond. Making sure I have a rental car and that everything meets my expectations. Calling me and sending texts during the day to let me know what is going on with my car. The first time I toolk my car in for a bumper repair, they had buffed out an old scratch my son made with his bike. That blew me away. I never even brought that up to them. Thank you and keep up the good work.

cant say enough about how helpful everyone was had a few things i wanted to take care of on my car answered all my questions and took care of everything i needed quickly and the service was great its nice to know there are still places out there that still take pride in there work and do everything they can for there customers agin i would recomend the south elgin gerber to anyone in need any job big or small thanx guys car looks great ur the best :)

I wont to take the time out to let whom ever at Gerber Collision know that I personally ran into the best,most genually honest,nicest guy EVER in my lifetime.(and thats a pretty big statement) of customer service.At Gerber collision of south holland.His name is JOSE ROMO.I unfortunately had to bring my car in for service thinking my insurance would cover the damage.But they did not.I then was under the stress of trying to fiigure out what to do,To get the car fixed,or buy a new car.Gerber let me speak to JOSE.who was the one who look at the car with liberty Mutual.The said that the transfer case had a crack in it.To the tune of thousands of dollars.Jose talk to me,explained everthing liberty mutual founf out.I call him back SEVERAL time.He kept saying NO problem,I'll help you.What ever you need.Even when I thought I would consider ... salvage.He said he would call around for me.He told me my car was'nt really in bad shape.I just needed the transfer case,not the whole transmission.I call him the next day.He sent me the photos of the damages via email,I came in the next day.He took me behind to his desk,sat down and expalin each and every photo.This guy went over and beyond the call of duty.He told me if there was ANYTHING he could ever help with to not hesitate to call him.I tell you if that does not exude the most perect customer service,I dont know what is.I like to say JOSE you ARE the BEST.To those all Gerber Collision of South Holland.IF I ever know anyone who is in need of there car repaired.I will definitely recommend,GERBER COLLISION OF SOUTH HOLLAND BECAUCE OF JOSE ROMO...Thanks JOSE. What a TERRIFIC experience. From the on-line applointment scheduling, the initial meeting and estimate with Marci M., and the precise and on-time completion of the job....it was an A+++++ experience. The repair looks fantastic and was estimated at about 35% less than next closest estimate. Not only that....it was completed for the exact amount of the estimate....no surprises! "I got several quotes from reputable collision providers for a minor ding on my brand new Toyota Matrix 2010. The Estimate was provided w/honesty, professionalism and superb customer service. It wasn't the lowest of the three estimates I secured, but the Service Representative informed me that there were discount coupons on the web site that would help offset the difference in price. However, AFter doing some research on my own and investigating that ONLY Gerber Collision provided such an outstanding warranty and over a 97% Customer Satisfaction rating, I was really in a difficult position up until when I suggested to Gerber that other "reputable" quotes were provided...one was from Car Star and the other a long time body collision place in my local area. NOT only did Gerber work up a more competitive price, they Beat both ... those other estimates without compromising on the quality and Exceptional Customer Service that quite honestly, doesn't exist in may circumstances now-a-days especially dealing with body or collision shops. The work was done in a timely fashion, beyond my expectations, at a more competitive price than any other quote I recieve and the Customer Service particularly from Kim and Marci Mendez was beyond Exceptional. I would not ONLY recommend Gerber but would be very willing to be a spoke person for the very same reason that they are....ambassadors for exceptional customer service in the auot/glass and collision industry.....If they treated me with this kind of superb service ....all for a minor door ding, can you imagine how well you will be treated with major repairs? Gerber has been an amazing place to do business with. Mark Wadzinski at the South Elgin location has been a constant in offering superior customer service and guidance. I feel that he has gone above and beyond the normal day to day expectation of any customer. My daughter and I have been to this location many times, and each time we walk in, we are greeted as if we are family by Mark and Kim. It is extremely rare in the consumer wold that you, as the consumer, feel as if your concerns are placed above the rest. In actuallity, I understand this is not the case, but the point is that we feel that it is, and this is what makes us confident in doing business with Gerber. Thanks again!
