I've had the pleasure of dealing with Gerber collision in South Holland at least 3 times within the last year, each experience was fast, professional, and great service I like the intake inspections at check in and out. During those inspection staff have made me aware of other problem that out existing with my car. They really go the extra miles in customer care. Great Job Gerber South Holland.

MY CAR WAS HIT ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE , SO I HAD IT TAKEN TO GERBER COLLISION AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE REPAIRS.THE ESTIMATOR JOHN THOMAS KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT THE PROGRESS ON MY CAR WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATED. ALSO THE PRODUCTION MANAGER JASON COLLAZO WAS GREAT IN GOING OVER EVERYTHING AFTER THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED AND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND WARRANTIES.I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID ON MY CAR AND WOULD RETURN IF NEEDED AND WOULD ALSO RECCOMEND GERBER.

I took my vehicle in for a repair on a hinge on the back of my SUV.. It was not due to collision, but from normal wear and wear and it was not being paid for through an insurance claim.. J.T. was my technician and Jason was the Assistant Manager.. Both were extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful. J. T. was thorough and made my experience with Gerber a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work and/or glass replacement for their vehicle. My vehicle was serviced as promised and the job was done very well.. They are #1 on my list !!!!! Thank you, J.T. and Jason!!

I was very satisfied with the workmanship done on my 2010 Toyota Venza also I was informed my Mr.Romo about the additional work that had to be done and the estimate.
