Service was great! I felt like I was kept in the loop while my car was being fixed and everyone was so nice. When I came to pick up my car today, an unsavory character came into the shop. He was loitering and tried to steal a vehicle that was about to be taken into the service area. The receptionist alerted the estimator, and he told the intruder to exit the vehicle. The police were called and the man was arrested. Before the police came, the people at Gerber Collision had my son and me go into the back to stay safe. They gave him a juicebox and crayons so that he wouldn't be upset and they stood guarding us from the arrest. When the incident was cleared up, I had my hands full with my young son, carseat, and bags in hand and still had to return the rental car.
