If I could give ten stars to Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe I would. We took our car in for a damage estimate and they did it in 15 minutes taking pictures of the damage and all sides of our car. They emailed us within a short time all the pictures and the estimate for the repairs we needed. The manager, Joe, who assisted us responded quickly to all my emails with my questions regarding the needed repairs. Joe told us it would take two to three days for the repairs and we asked if they would do some additional work that would be an out of pocket expense to us. They said yes and their quote was extremely reasonable. We got out car back when promised and it looks fantastic. The warranty on the work they provided will lasts as long as we own the car. FANTASTIC work AND customer service. I have never been happier with an auto company, especially a repair shop. Everyone was very helpful, pretty quick, and seemed to have genuine care about you and you car/cars service. Not to mention the work they did was superb* and they went above and beyond (in my mind). They fixed some minor things that weren't "on the list" of things to fix, and I am grateful for it! Thanks so much you guys - I WILL be coming back (my car has a lot of other issues needing attention) so these guys will be who I bring it to. If I wasn't reversed into, I would have never known how affordable, quick, friendly, and efficient these guys are. Thanks again guys :)

Everyone at Gerber was super friendly and professional. Brian communicated what was going on with my car on regular basis. I loved the phone calls that I got from him and other members of the team every Tuesday and Thursday with updates. This made the process nearly worry free. I felt like my car was in good hands and they even got it done in less time then anticipated. And it looks brand new! So grateful...:)

Great service. Left car at Gerber on Thursday and by friday night it was finished. A representative from Gerber came out to check the car with me after the collision work was done. He answered all of my questions and was very courteous. Work done was fantastic. Could not see where the damage was after the repair. Car was detailed and shiny when I picked it up. Thanks Gerber

Everyone at this location was very courteous and they fixed my car in one day! I was shocked. It looks great, good as new. They even washed it inside and out, I was shocked and I felt bad because it was very dirty when I dropped it off. I was very impressed with Gerber Collision. I would definitely recommend them.
