It was a bad experience having an accident and I was worried about getting my car repaired. I called Geico and they told my I could take it to Gerber. I received daily updates about my car repairs and costs. I was also able to log into my Geico account and see photos of the damages under the hood. I never had to call as I was always informed of what was going on and what stage of the repairs they were working on. I was given a finish date of March 18th. I received a call on March 14th telling me I could go pick up my car. My experience with Gerber was just great! With Geico and Gerber they helped turn a bad experience and helped end it on a good note. Thank you so much to all of the people that helped make that happen.

Outstanding experience from the estimate to the acutal repair. The service is amazing. I received text message updates that kept me informed as service was being done. I received a guesstimate time of completion and a personal phone call to let me know when the car was ready for pick up. The time given during the estimate to complete the job was two days and that is exactly what occurred. I would recommend Gerber Collison, Priest Drive in Tempe, AZ to anyone. My car looks beautiful and they even went the extra step to wash it and clean the interior. I haven't had servcie like this in quite a while!

Updated info on "How goes it" during the repair process was provided along with a courteous ride to pick it up. Everyone in the office was very helpful but the Customer Service attention by the Estimator Erik Z. was far Superior than anything I've experienced. Not only did he follow up daily with a status on my car but came out and went over things with me when I picked up the car. It was closing time for their office and he didn't act rushed or impatient with all my questions. The work was fantastic and I can't say enough about my experience with Gerber. I've already recommended them to several people.

Gerber, Please be advised that my wife's car was run into twice during the holiday season. You can imagine that I was not very happy and my insurance company did not move t the speed of light.MY experience improved once I got to Gerber. I met Eric and explained my issues and that I needed the car by January 3rd so that my daughter could go to college in San Diego. I dropped my vehicle off midmorning, Tuesday December 10, 2013 and it was ready for pickup on Friday, December 13, 2013 before 5 p.m. My original estimated time for completion was at least one week out.
