Erik Zandier, the estimator that assisted me, represented Gerber in a very courteous and professional manner. He went above and beyond to make certain that my repair was done quickly and at the lowest cost to me. I appreciated getting a ride from Jose to and from work in order for me to leave my car at the shop all day for the work to be done. I had the estimate done on Monday, and the work was completed in entirety on Tuesday. The fast turn around was very much appreciated so I did not have to rent a car. Thanks to the receptionist who made a coupon available to me. Because of the great work by the guys in the shop, my car looks as good as new. I was pleased at how clean my car was inside and out when I picked it up. This was my second time doing business at this location. When I mentioned an issue I was having with a headlamp from my ... service two years ago, Erik offered to dig out my old records to see if the part might have a lifetime guarantee. Gerber Collision put off a Great first impression! Very awesome work, detailed cleaning and matched my window tint . A gentleman named Joe Wilkes helped make me week easier. He talked with Carrie Miccolis, who was very great as well, went out of his way and granted me a rental car at no cost, so Gerber could get right to work. My vehicle was ready the next day! It really made things easier and manageable on my end. Big thanks to Joe and Carrie! The Enterprise agent that assisted me through the rental process was awesome as well, i believe his name was John or Joe, and his initials were J.R. Thank you Gerber! I will recommend!

"Gerber has amazed me! I had made arrangements to fix the fender bender on my quarter panel driver side and I had asked for a quote for refinishing my unpainted passenger fender. After some debate, I decided not to get my fender painted and just fix the gash on the quarter panel instead. I had expected at least 3-5 days to complete my repairs. Despite of my personal knowledge and experience have working in this industry, Gerber stepped up for a one day turn around. When I arrived to finish signing a few papers to release my car, Joe Wilkes informs me that: "We painted the fender at no cost". No company I know of does this. Gerber continues to impress with their highest professional standards with customer service and workmanship. Lastly, the icing on my cake, Joe Wilkes asked if I still have the molding insert for the newly ... painted fender (which I do). He tells me to bring it in and Gerber will re attach the molding. I ended up bringing the insert 40 minutes after they close and they cleaned up the insert, and placed it back on the fender. The service was excellent. We were unsure with whom to go with, to repair our car, and we are glad we chose Gerber. The repair work was done very well. We had collision repair work done several years ago by a different company, and the work done by Gerber this time was much better in quality. The car was also ready to be picked up several days earlier than they originally told us. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Gerber was very efficient and professional each time I went in for my repair. I was very impressed with each step of the process from the estimate to the actual body work and return of my vehicle. The daily call to update me on the status of my vehicle was beyond any expectation of service I had. The speed at which the repair was finished and the quality of the work done was a nice surprise. Jennifer, Joe and Bryan (from Geico) were all wonderful. I appreciate the quality work done on my vehicle.

Extremely pleased with the work done on my bumper(facia),color is perfectly matched, only took a few days to complete..the rental car was the perfect size for me..The STAFF was wonderful! They always returned my many calls & kept me abreast of the situation step by step..Always pleasant, courteous & patient (especially the two front desk girls!) The rental car agent was also very accomodating..
