I brought my car in to fix the rear bumper and was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround for the repairs, the friendly and accomodating staff including estimators, front desk, etc and the welcomng manner in which I was treated. Joee Wilkes was extremely polite and accoodating and I felt like I was in good hands with everyone over at the Tempe office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Your people at this location were outstanding in their customer service. My customer service representative was Jennifer Smoot and I was just amazed at the service she provided me. In this day and age it is extremely rare to find someone who treats your situation with such care and respect. She was extremely knowledgeable, took care of everything including my rental car and kept me updated constantly. She always called when she said she would and kept me posted on the status of the progress on my repair. I am so pleased with the service Jennifer provided me. Jim and his team there are excellent, they communicated every step of the process from beginning to end, were very thorough with the appraisal and the assessment of the damage sustained to my car. About a month ago I was hit by an uninsured driver in my Scion TC. I was devastated as Im a college student and I had every extra penny I ever earned in this car. I built my car from stock by myself into a beautiful street car. When I was hit I really had no hope that my car would ever be the same again, or if it was even fixable. Luckily I am fully insured and so is every aftermarket part on my car.I took my car to Jim Caniga at Gerber and within three weeks I had it back in my posession. To my surprise the car looked perfect! He even went the extra mile and fixed a few previous problems the car had before the wreck.
