I would like to say that Jo at this office was AMAZING and provided us with the best customer service we have ever gotten from any type of business. Unbelievable. So friendly, fast, and full of information we needed at a time of semi-crisis.My husband went to the shop to get the car after you repaired it, and Jo gave him an entire walk through. My husband said that Jo was very professional. We were very happy with the customer services provided as well as the work done on our vehicle. Give the man a raise, we loved him. Even when the a/c ended up not working he helped us get our rental car covered again, just asked us to hand him the keys and he will take care of the rest. I guess it needed freon. I wanted to thank the gentleman and staff who assisted us in the repair of our vehicle. We were given updates on the repair of our car and the customer service was outstanding. Even though we had to bring the car back for a couple adjustments the customer service really made all the difference and made our experience a good one. Everyone at this locations was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I walked through the door to get the estimate, to the time I walked out the door with my beautifully repaired vehicle, I was taken care of and my questions answered. The level of professionalism i experienced there is rare in today's world. Bill was our representative and took care to be sure I understood how the car would be repaired and why specific things were done. He drew diagrams and explained each process. He called with updates - just as he promised - as the car was repaired. At one point I asked him if they could take care of another little issue at ours expense.
