Bill H. came out within in a few minutes after I was checked in...minimal wait... :-) We looked at my vehicle as the hatch/rear door on my Armada was not opening. He took my vehicle back and said it would be approx. 20 minutes. It wasn't even 10 minutes and he was back with a diagnosis and said he would cover the issue...can I say "THRILLED". I've had some unexpected high expenses recently and was so relieved when I didn't have to pay for another expense and it was going to be covered....he went the extra mile when he didn't have to and showed true, genuine care about my vehicle. I think this was the second time I had my vehicle repaired by Gerber and am overall very satisfied. Thank you Bill !!!!

I originally had some body work on my Forester done about 3 years ago while I was with Geico. Recently the clear coat on the front bumper and hood started chipping and peeling off. I brought my car in and Bill H. took a look at it and said it would be covered under Gerber's warranty. I left my car there when I went out of town and it was ready when I returned. It looked great and I really appreciated all of Bill's help.

A few months ago my parked and unoccupied new Jeep Cherokee was hit by an uninsured motorist driver. I was so upset. I was not a happy camper. I brought my vehicle to Gerber Collision & Glass. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Angelica in the lobby. I met with Bill H. who explained the repair process and the time line for repairs. I dropped my truck off on Monday and was told I should expect to pick my repaired vehicle up on Friday. On Wednesday morning I got a call advising me that the repair process is going well and my vehicle will actually be ready on Thursday afternoon. On Thursday I picked my truck up and I was very impressed. The repairs were excellent and vehicle was washed looking good. I was extremely pleased with Gerber when my car was towed there after having been stolen and then recovered. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful and they kept me informed of the mechanics' progress every step of the way. General Manager, Bill H. went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of. I definitely recommend Gerber for anyone needing body or glass repair.

Jeremy R. was phenomenal!! He provided us with two price options for repair of the drivers rear door on our vehicle. Both price points were fair and were not excessively higher than one another. We called on a Tuesday and was able to drop it off that night for a Wednesday appt. They were busy that week and we were told it could be Monday or Tuesday of the next week before it was ready. Jeremy called me on Thursday (yes the Thursday of the same week) and told me it would be done Friday afternoon! It was done 2-3 business days early and it looked great!! They washed the car and even shined the tires! Then to top it all off, he called me on Monday to let me know they had over charged me by $57 and they were crediting my credit card!! Won't take my car anywhere else or to anyone else! Great customer service! Thank you Jeremy!!
