I am so pleased with the service and repairs I received from this location! Brian K. did a great job, I couldn't be more happy. Thanks Brian! The repairs to my vehicle were completed extremely fast, in fact, they were even completed earlier than originally expected. I was updated on the progress of the vehicle everyday. The vehicle looks just as good as it did before the accident! When I went to pick up the vehicle, everyone was so pleasant and displayed fantastic customer service. The man at the counter (did not catch a name- Saturday @ 11 am) was very friendly and Jeremy walked me through the final repair bill and showed me what repairs were done. Thanks for all your hard work!

Friday I brought my brand new Jeep in to get work done Jeremy helped me and gave me an estimate. Came back on following Tuesday dropped off for service to start. Tuesday a.m. received call from Jeremy just to le me know what to expect. I was also receiving text daily of to progress. Jeremy was on top of it the entire way guiding me threw the process. Every other day I would be contacted to be reassured the work was in progress and moving forward. Thank you again, Jeremy for great customer service/support. Wow. Great service and courtesy. Done sooner than promised. Work looks perfect and the damage was pretty heavy. I took my Toyota Sennia back because I thought there was an electrical problem with the sliding back panels. Turns out I had (or my 5 year old granddaughter) turned off that function. Still, the Geico rep. RObert, the entire team, receptionist and manager Bill were just great. Need work done, go to Gerber on Priest in Tempe.

I was very satisfied with the result of the work performed on my vehicle. The staff Jordan kept me informed during the process and demonstrated his professionalism on customer satisfaction. After my son's vehicle was completed, I had my wife's 2014 Ford Fuson worked on. The rear driver side fender was damaged from a hit n run. Job well done.

Really pleased with the recent work on my VW GTI. Priest Dr. team made what can be a painful process easy through good communication (combo of automated texts and follow up calls were awesome) and quality repair work. Wrapping the whole thing up with a wash (felt like a detail) was appreciated.
