I just wanted to take a minute and make some comments on what I feel was excellent service! My car was ready sooner than expected! Gerber kept me informed every step of the way and all prices and services were very clearly defined. Staff there is efficient, polite, and very professional. In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Bill H. for his exceptional customer service! He was there to answer all my questions and went out of his way to insure that I was taken care immediately and that all repairs were done to my satisfaction!!! Mr.H is a perfect example of what any customer is looking for when dealing with a company...professional, efficient, and with a very positive attitude! I didn't enjoy getting my car into a wreck, but I enjoyed the service I received and the excellent work that was done on my car at Gerber! Higly recommended!

Just wanted to say that the service I received from Gerber Tempe this time was 1,000% better than the service I received back in 2012. In particular, Bill Huffine took great care to do warranty work with no questions asked, and the work appears to have been done correctly and in a timely manner. Great improvement!

Brian K. is awesome to work with. Over the years I've worked with Brian on a few different repairs and he is always very responsive, honest, a great communicator, a hard worker, and delivers an excellent result. He is by far the best person I've worked with in the collision and glass business. Please forward this to appropriate contacts at USAA as you are a great partner for them. I've been a USAA customer for 25 years and have recently used Gerber for any auto body repairs and they are the best because of who represents them - Brian Kelly should be recognized and rewarded for being such a great representative of both Gerber and USAA. Gerber did an amazing job on my repair. They provided constant texts and phone calls to keep me updated on the progress. The car was delivered on time and the workmanship was excellent. It was also very convenient to return the Enterprise rental car at the Gerber location. Brian was great to work with!

Connor was efficient and made sure that my car was ready as quickly as possible. Other shops said that the work would take up to 7 days while Conner made sure that it was done within a little over 24 hours. Remarkable service!!!

Recently had fender bender on my Honda Civic. The car was in on Monday am and retuned to me on Wed morning. Repairs done quickly and appear to be high quality. The staff here are friendly and efficient, my service contact was Brian Kelly. He was professional and made me feel that my repair was important. I would recommend this business with confidence and would use them again if the need should arise.

I went in there with a small problem, damaged fuel door on my wife's 2007 Hyuhdai. Alberto B. my estimator, treated me like I was driving a Mercedes Benz. I thought no one would be that interested in such a small problem on an old car like mine. Alberto made me feel like I meant something to him. I was really surprised how well he treated me. He was extremely professional and made me feel like I was talking to a friend about my problem. Made it sound like he was glad I came in. Also told me he would take care of it with little or no down time. When all was said and done, I brought the car in on an appointment, he had the part painted and installed it in about 15 minutes.
