My car caused an accident. Front left side was quite injured! Took it to Gerber. They explained everything that they would be doing in a calm sincere way, since I was quite upset.. They told me exactly how long it would take to fix the car, and a couple of days later called with what had to be done.. They kept me informed on how it was going and gave me a lead time of when it would be done. They had a rental car right there for me. When I picked up the car it looks so great, and everything they did was explained to me, as well as in the paper work for me to take home. I have some scrapes on my car and I would like Gerber to do that work in the future.. Really trust them to do excellent work..

I am extremely impressed with the service I received. My vehicle was involved in a hit and run and I went directly to Gerber. I met with Kyle, a Gerber estimator, and he went to work! Shortly thereafter I set up an appointment, brought my vehicle back in for repair and then received a message the work was completed a head of schedule. My overall experience was excellent and everyone was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Gerber for all repairs! Thank you for the great service!

Alberto was GREAT in helping me get my OEM car cover for my automobile... I take care of my car & have kept it in great working order for more than 13 years... Alberto was able to get my cover within a couple of days... Plus, Gerber did GREAT work repairing my car back in 10/31/11, when it was hit... I will "ALWAYS" go to Gerber for my auto body work...

The sliding door on my Toyota Sienna was jammed shut. Another auto shop estimated an expensive repair might be necessary to fix the problem. The mechanic at Gerber had the door open and fixed in 5 minutes. I was extremely impressed!

We worked with Scott and Tim on my son's 2004 Toy Tacoma. In a few words I can say that we were treated like family, and so was my son's truck. I am so impressed with the product and service that Scott provided. He is positively an all star. We also met his technician Tim. Another gem employee. The work that was done on the 2004 was so far above and beyond the necessary work that it needs to be recognized in some formal way. I just don't know how to do that. I am in my 60's and this very well may be the best customer service I have ever received. So impressive. 5 Stars+ ... Thank you so much Scott and Tim.
