I received amazing service from the moment I walked in the door until the time I left. Wayne kept in touch with me throughout the entire repair process. I felt well informed and the way he treated with me was very professional yet friendly. The car looks amazing! I don't think it has ever been this clean. Looks beautiful. I will definitely use Gerber's again in the future and I would highly recommend the company and Wayne to anyone!

Alfie and the team at Gerber did a great job!! With the coupon that was available, Gerber had the best prices. I chose Gerber since it was a USAA Star Facility and the proximity to my home. I went in on a Friday morning for a quote, and brought my car back around noon to start the repair. I was quoted 3 days to complete the repair, but Gerber beat their promised time by a full day. So far the paint and body work look great.

when i first went to alfie to get a quote hes was very very nice he gave me quote and ended up getting it for lower which you do not find many places that will do that for you he also told me it would take about 2 to 3 hrs and it was done before that they washed my car and made it all brand new looking alfie will have my business again and i will tell my family and friends i have been here several times and always have been treated very well will be back if i have to thanks alfie and troops

This was best the experience I ever had with an auto body repair shop. I had rear end damage to my 2008 Jeep Gran Cherokee and they fixed it so you would never know it was rear ended. They not only fixed it to look like new but they also washed and detailed my car so it looked like it just rolled out of the showroom. The body was shinning, the tires was shinning and they even vacuumed the interior. The employees at Gerber walk around with smiles on their faces and go the extra mile to make you happy. They arranged a rental car for me, explained the repair work to be done and gave me the confidence that my car was in good hands. I want to especially thank Wayne for his expertise in making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Gerber with a rating of five stars.
