I experienced outstanding service throughout the process with Gerber. From the courteous front desk lady through to the technician that took my Buick under his wing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone call from Mr. McCoullum the day after I left my vechicle in his care with a project update. In past experiences with other Collision repair provider that never happened. Mr. McCoullum assured me that the vehicle parts required where on hand and that I could expect my car back the next day. Good to his word the car was ready as promised and in perfect restoration. The paint was the best I've ever seen and the car looked like it had never been driven. An added service included was a complete cleaning of the car: inside-out. I mean I just could not be happier. I highly recommend the company without any qualificatioin. WOW!!!! I love the work that Gerber Collsion did for me! It never fails! Im embarrassed to even say this, but after a couple of times at Gerber, they always get it right!! I cant stress enough how good their service is. Alfie, Wayne and Viviana did an OUTSTANDING job in keeping me informed and keeping me up to date. If i crash again, which i hope not, i will defenetly take it to Gerber!!!!
