Gerber took great care of two of my cars. They did a thorough estimate and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Wayne was great and very professional, and Vivian was a big help as well. When my husband dropped me off he mentioned that he was trying to get his headlights reconditioned and Wayne offered to do those for him when he came to pick up the other car. They did a great job on that as well. I would definitely recommend them to someone needing collision repair.

After my car was broken into and damaged everything has been a hassle. I had a good experience with USAA and they referred me to Gerber in Tucson. Alfie was the adjuster for USAA and helped get my car repaired. Honestly, I was just going there to get the quote then I was going to go somewhere else like the Jeep dealer to get the repair. Alfie's quick, polite and efficient respnse caused me to leave the vehicle right on the spot and it was all fixed right on time. Alfie made the difference to have me get the repair done at Gerber and I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work. Thank you.

I cannot tell you how thrilled I was with the service I received. It was my first accident and hopefully my last so it was quite traumatic. the moment I arrived I treatedi with respect and caring. I cannot remember her name unfortunately but she should commended for doing such a good job. then Wayne the manager was in charge of my car. Great guy. called me and keep me up to date in the progress. Everyhting was done as promised. I got my car back in great condition. I am thrilled with Gerber andits employees!
