Alfie Perez at Gerber in my opinion did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the status on my vehicle. There seemed to be a little problem with the ins company, but being the type of person that Alfie is, he jumped right in there and resolved the problem. And i would reccmend this company, Alfie, and Viviana for any auto repair needs!

I had a great experience with Gerber. Alfie kept me update every time something changed with the status of my vehicle. They were very fast getting my car back to me and when I picked up my car, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect down to removing the sticky from the tape they used. I would definitely recommend them and come back!

I was very please with the customer service. I took my car on Monday, from day one they kept me informed via e-mail what the status of my car was. On Tuesday they knew that my car was going to be ready on Thursday. Here I am on Thursday and my car is ready and just like new. Thank you very much Gerber for the exellent work and on time delivery. I will definetely recommend anyone to go to gerber to get their car repair.

The entire shop at Gerber was very helpful, courteous, and straight-forward when I had questions about the work on my truck. I was given a time frame that the work would be completed and they beat that by two days, I was ultimately impressed with this shop and will definately reccomend to friends and family as well as use them if I have any future incidents.

Algiers was excellent and helped me through the process. Everything was done in a timely manor and the end result looks great. All areas painted look new and back to its original style. The price was very competitve .
