Great experience with this Gerber location . . . AGAIN. On the way to weekend drill in pitch dark conditions, I hit an 18-wheeler tire carcass that was in the middle of my lane of the highway. It cracked the bumper and damaged the radiator. USAA as usual, performed admirably in working out the logistics to get my car towed (a long way) back to Tucson, and Gerber took the ball from there. Vivian and Rolfie were very professional and got things rolling quickly. In fact, my vehicle was done two days ahead of time. It looks fantastic! Haven't driven it yet, but I am pretty comfortable because I've had outstanding work done here in the past, and obviously they are confident offering a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this Gerber location. You will not be disappotinted.

Terrific service, Jacques Brown did an excellent job of estimating and explaining the work to be done. Also, I was very clear on Gerber's relationship with USAA and Enterprise Rental. Work was accomplished in just 1/2 a day. Car in in AM and out by 3:00 PM the same day 1/16/12

Jaques Brown was my contact person, and did an excellent repair job on my rear quarter panel. He was also able to do it in a very timely fashion, so I was able to use my vehicle in a short time. I would recommend him and his crew very highly for any further repairs, and would indicate as much to other potential customers. Well done all around.

Jacques Brown and the staff at the Gerber Collision Center on Travel Center Drive did an outstanding job on my car. Although the damage was minor, they went out of their way to do quality work and in a timely manner. They also did more than asked. The car was returned to me clean and looking great. I was very impressed with the service and work performed.

I was very much impressed the way I was greeted and helped when I enter your Facilities by MissViviana Paco, she was very Knowlegeable polite and pleasent . Each time when I called she was so Professionl you dont find this any more. Also Mr. Jacques Brown the young Man which took the Picture of my Truck he explained everything also when I picked up my Truck. When i dropped off my vehicle, i asked Joe to install the windshield wipers for me. Not only did he do that for free, he also took care of the scratches i had on my RT fender. My car looks beautiful and i am so happy with the repairs. Vivian, Wayne, and Joe were GREAT!!! They walked me through the whole process and made sure i was updated every tuesday and thursday! I would reccomend Gerber Collision to everybody!!!! :)

The work was accomplished January 2012, which included repair of the front left after a significant collision. Five months later, for the first time since the repairs, my wife was driving from Phoenix and attempted to use windshield washer. It did not work but leaked profusely beneath the vehicle. I called Gerber, and Vivian told me to bring it right down. Within 10 minutes, Joe Dexter who I remember from his professionalism and courtesy in January had the washer working and I was on my way. Bravo to Joe and his associates at Gerber who are committed to returning a quality product and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
