Perfection was absolutely the only thing I would accept, car is black with custom stripes. The repair was done in way less time than I expected and was absolutely perfect. Joe the manager exceeded all of my expectations. The receptionist in the front, Vivian was absolutely charming as can be and very helpful. I am a native Tucsonian and know a lot of people in this town, and I as well am in the automotive business, rest assured all of my customers family and friends will be recommended by me to take there car to you.

I would like to thank all the professionals at Gerber Collision & Glass. The quality of service was unsurpassed, from start to finish. The estimator, Viviana took my call, scheduled a same day estimate, and had the guys in the body shop working on my car that day. I feel they went the “extra mile” they arranged the rental car. The rental company was taking more time than normal, so one of the mangers used his personal car to get my rental. They kept me inform on the progress of the repairs and contacted my insurance company when needed. The guys in the body shop, I was speechless, my car looks new again, and it had a showroom feel to it when I picked it up, one of the guys even gave me tips to keep it looking that way. I was entirely satisfied with the collision repair service. Joe and Vivian were terrific! The estimate was accurate, the repairs were completed on time, the car was washed and looking like new, and the cost was even slightly less than the estimate (they were able to get one part at a better price). I will definitely recommend Gerber to friends and will return for any future repairs..

Outstanding service. Every time i called someone answered the phone. I was kept appraised of my vehicle's status and the staff was always friendly. Gerber went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. When they were done, my car was washed and the repair was done right.

I have an elderly client and she had packrat damage to some wiring. She had an estimate for a different shop and they wanted to replace her wiring harness for $1250. She was upset over the estimate so I sent her to Gerber. They were able to fix the bare wires in 10 minutes. She was so excited and will recommend this shop to anyone she knows - along with our office referring also. Thank you for your help for my client!!!

I am so impressed with the quality of the repair - can't tell there was ever a damaged fender! Not only was my car fixed, it was completely cleaned and detailed. This is the best it has looked for a very long time and I usually get my car cleaned every other week. And I can't forget the staff who were friendly and professional. And Sam is amazing. He was so attentive and kind, and he patiently took the time to explain things to me. I am so grateful to everyone at Gerber who fixed my car with just as much detail as if it was one of there own cars. THANK YOU!

I have an old ('92) Ford Ranger which received rather extensive damage to the passenger side of the cab. My insurance(USAA) sent me to Gerber. Because of the age of the vehicle the insurance totaled the truck, but having owned it for 18 years I knew it was in great condition and I could not have replaced it for 2-3 times the money the insurance would have provided. Gerber (Sam Warren) worked closely with me and we got the damage repaired so the truck looks better than the day I bought it at the dealer. Other collision repair facilities didn't even want to touch it, but Gerber did a fantastic job for a VERY reasonable price. I will never go to any other collision specialists but Gerber!

Your business was recommended by my insurance company and a location was nearby. Immediately after the accident I had taken the vehicle to a collision center in Phoenix who estimated that the repairs would take 7 days, cost about $3000, and would not simply bend the fender back to make opening the driver's side door possible. Your company set up an appointment for an estimate, took photographs for the insurance claim, and bent out the fender to make the driver's door able to open at the initial visit. A quote given was less than $1000 with a repair time of about 3 days. Parts were ordered and came in a few days later. Your company helped arrange a rental during the repair and my vehicle was ready less than 48 hours after dropping it off. The customer assistance was excellent and I have already recommended your service to a coworker.

This is my second experience using Gerber Collision. I have lived in Tucson for a little over 4 months and this time my son had an accident that involved 3 sides of my sons Rav4. I was very happy to know of a place to have my car repaired. I immediately called Sam at Gerber and had my sons car towed to the shop. I was extremelyt pleased last time and was not disappointed in any way this or last time. Sam and his staff were very courteous and helpful. Sam and his crew gave us back our car looking like new. In many ways he exceeded my expectations. I have been in several conversations regarding my son's accident and have made sure to recommend his shop. Thank you again Sam and Gerber Collision.

Jennifer Razo was outstanding in professional and courtesy customer relations. I did not have to make an appointment- just brought the car in and the damaged collision was taken care of in an expeditious manner. I sincerely appreciate the patience and care she displayed. Truly an asset to this company- she took the sadness of my car being scraped- she turned it into assurance that it would be taken care. And she lived up to this expectation. Yes, I know she did not do the work herself, but she was the first face and last face I met. She was the representative of this organization and believe me, she was professional.

"During a short stay in Tucson, AZ, some "wonderful" person decided to "key" the side of our brand new car. We took the car to Gerber, expecting to be told that it would take a week or two. To our amazement, we dropped the car off the next day and it was finished in less than 36 hours...WOW! You can't even tell that there was ever anything there...looks like it just came from the factory. We have to salute Jennifer Razo for her professionalism and willingness to get us finished and back on the road in record time.
