We rented through Gerber and that part was painless and we got to drive a new car! Alfie's estimate was done very well! Jessica's texts gave us timely details and answered all queries. Best auto repair experience I've had in my 71 years. Expert, friendly and very helpful staff. Great repair job done as scheduled and consistent with earlier estimate. Had an issue with car battery when we picked up the car (unrelated to work done by Gerber) and Gerber staff went out of their way to help us resolve the issue. Highest marks all around.
