Jessica was absolutely great during this entire in process. She was able to do an estimate within hours of the accident as well as dropping off the car. She explained everything in detail to the degree that I felt very comfortable about the process. Jessica was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She kept me up-to-date during the entire process. Gerber finished the car 4 days early. When I went and picked it up, Jessica explained everything to me. She did a great job. I hope all of your employees are as efficient and knowledgeable as she is.

From first walking in the door and meeting Jessica and her taking down all of my information, to having Jose go over the vehicle with me....I can only say that the entire experience was amazing. Within minutes, I met the rest of Gerber's amazing Team -- Bill (Geico Claims Adjustor) , Alfie P. (General Manager, Gerber) and Gabriel (Enterprise Representative). These gentlemen were dressed very professionally, treated me with respect and kindness. They were all very knowledgeable, communicative, expedient and helpful.
