They were amazing, start to finish. Very professional, efficient, was updated regularly. The facility is also incredibly clean. People are friendly. Most importantly, my car looks brand new. I think they even cleaned the inside of my car.

Once again, Gerber Collision and Glass exceeded my expectations! I've used them 4 times in the past for insurance and non-insurance repairs, so I guess I wasn't surprised. I took my car in for a small repair - reattachment of the trim panel that runs along the bottom rear of the body to the fender well. I took the car in to get an estimate and set up an appointment for the job. Inspection showed that several fasteners had become detached. Don, the estimator said "give me a few minutes". He pulled the car to the back, in 10 minutes he pulled it back to the front again with the repairs finished. I didn't expect or ask for a "freebie", but he didn't even write this job up and there was no charge.
