Excellent service since the day I pulled in for an estimate. The woman at reception desk very friendly and professional. As was Don who did my estimate and Jose who handled the work done. Loved the text updates! I will highly recommend Gerber to anyone. I am more pleased with my car now than when I bought it!

I am so happy I was able to work with such comprehensive and efficient staff. The minute I walked in, I was addressed with professionalism and genuine interest in meeting my needs. I received calls and text updates on my car's service. The insurance adjuster's evaluation, shop manager's plan for repair and the rental car assignment was done expediently and I was back on my way with a fresh cup and coffee in the time it takes most repair shops to simply notice you are even in the showroom. I was able to pick up my car the very next day! The shop crew not only expertly repaired the damage, they washed my car, inside and out and even had another fresh cup of coffee and cold water for the road!! I will be recommending their shop to all my friends.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Gerber Collision, especially from Jose H. who handled the repair of the work from estimate to completed work. The work was done on a timely basis and texts were sent to me to update me on the progress of the repair. Thanks also to the actual repair techs who made my vehicle whole again. The vehicle was returned to me cleaned inside and out. Hopefully I won't need them for a while but I will certainly remember them as my preferred auto collision repair company here in Tucson.

I went to Gerber because my car kept stalling; and then wouldn't start there; come to find out it was my battery. They ordered my battery right away ; and a couple techs stayed late just to install it for me! Now that's customer service!! Thanks Gerber Collision you rock!!!
