Randy explained the work that was going to be done on my truck in great detail. He said there was a 30% chance it would be ready on Friday, but probably not until Monday or Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready on Friday. Randy explained what had been done on my truck. He, and the entire staff, was super-friendly and accommodating. I will recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

I have gotten Collision repairs done at this facility twice in the past on both my cars and my experience always has been excellent all times. This was my third time and it even exceeded my expectations. I had a minor bumper collision on my 1998 Honda Accord. Joshua gave me a very reasonable estimate for repairs. Added, He went above and beyond and instead of replacing the bumper cover, fixed it "FREE OF COST". I am immensely pleased with the Service at this Location and would strongly recommend any one to try Gerber Collision & Glass for their future needs, certainly the Redmond facility in case you live in the Seattle area.

This was a real nightmare for me. A tree fell on both my cars and my insurance adjuster was less than helpful. Gerber went above and beyond to take care of me and my cars. I just can't say enough good about them! Joe & Jarred were so kind and really made up for what was a bad experience with my adjuster. If I should ever need this service again I would not hesitate to take my car to them and I will recommend them to my friends. Thank You Gerber for a job well done!

Unfortunately this was my second accident in 10 years (I was hit both times). There was more damage to this vehicle than my last , and Gerber returned it less than a week later! I am beyond impressed with the customer service and work on the vehicle. I will most definitely be recommending Gerber Collision to my family, friends, and co-workers.

This was one of the best experiences that I've had as a customer at all, and certainly the best experience I've had in an auto repair setting. Chris at the Burlington location was friendly and personable and explained the process perfectly. I really appreciated that everything was explained to enough detail that I could be confident that I knew what was going on, but not over explained to the point that it was patronizing. The work was done quickly and they coordinated everything with my insurance company and the rental car company. I would certainly recommend this location.
