Unfortunately this was my second accident in 10 years (I was hit both times). There was more damage to this vehicle than my last , and Gerber returned it less than a week later! My car had gotten broken into. Busted window. Dropped my car off. The staff was amazing. Very nice. Told me the process of vacuuming the glass, ordering it, replacing the window. Said if I had any problems just give them a call. Very informative. Would definitely recommend them.

Experience with Gerber Collison E Francis Spokane WA was AAA+++. They kept me informed and the outcome is very nice. The only thing I wish I could change would be "not to have the person hit my truck in the 1st place". We would definitely recommend their services.

Gerber kept us well informed with the process except the auto call from corporate told us it would be 4 days until we got our car but the business on Francis told us 2 days. We got it back in two days. Repairs looked great and was cleaned inside and out. That was a nice surprise. Randy B. and employees were very professional, helpful and polite... I would recommend them in a moment.

Even though the right parts were ordered but the wrong parts were sent which meant a long delay in getting the car back, Gerber Collision made it right by repairing other scratches on our car that were not related to the recent collision. This made the car look almost brand new! Thank you for going the extra mile in your Customer Service.
