I had a truly wonderful experience with Gerber and am very pleased with the results. My car is an older model and Jeff made every effort to get the replacement pieces I needed as quickly as possible and for the best price, which I know was no easy feat! He worked closely with the third-party paying for the damage done to my vehicle, he kept me up-to-date with his team's progress, and he delivered a car that was shinier (inside and out) than it was the day I purchased it. I'd definitely recommend Gerber to others and will go to them again if ever my car needs their expertise.

Jeff T. for President! He was professional, personable and took care of all the details. I didn't even have to arrange for my rental car. Jeff kept me informed of my car's progress while being repaired. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Customer service is alive and well at Gerber Collision & Glass/1318 W. 2nd. I would definitely refer family and friends to use Gerber.

The estimate was performed within thee working days and my repairs were made expeditiously and to my sanctification.
