I brought my fleet vehicle in for a repair of a reflector that was crached on the bumper. All of the staff was friendly and curteous. I delt with Tom R. who did an excellent job with timely delivery of the estimate to my fleet company and also was very helpful by keeping me posted on the delivery of the part and setting up a convenient time for me to come in for the repair. He was great to work with!

Great experience. Everyone was very pleasant, kept me informed every step of the way and provided amazing repair service. The car looks incredible from top to bottom, inside and out. The last time I needed body work done on a car (not the same vehicle) was probably more than 10 years ago and Gerber is where I took my car. Gerber Collision and Glass had a wonderful staff who frequently updated me on the progress of my repairs. The customer service was thorough, friendly, and overall was on pointe. I was given text reminders almost daily and calls for a more detailed account of progress. The finished product looked wonderful, good as new. I would happily recommend Gerber to a friend or family member.

Tom was very pleasant to deal with. However, though person on phone scheduling my estimate was very precise when I was to arrive, it took 40 minutes to see him. The building itself is a bit of an eyesore in a prime area. It doesn't look like the windows have been washed in years and there are markings outside the building. Finally, when I picked up the car, was asked again what time I had to arrive. I asked how long it would take as I had to pick it up during lunch. Was told it would be ready to go and take 10 minutes. On arrival, the car wasn't ready as I was told, still had to be washed and pulled up. The person who checked me out though was awesome.

LOVED THEM!!!! Customer Service was excellent. Josh was fantastic, my car was done in one day, very fast. Compared to the 4 days the dealer was telling me. They do send updated texts, just overall a great company. Anything you need repaired please go to them.. You will be happy that you did. If anything body wise goes wrong with my car... I will DEFIANTLY be back..
