I had a great experience with the Halsted location in Chicago, IL. Not only were the ladies at the front desk very nice and pleasant, but Tom was amazing and provided excellent customer service. I dropped off my car on Friday and it was finished the same day. Great experience - I will refer any friends/colleagues to this spot.

Tom made the experince so pleasant, very polite and professional. My first time to have a body repair on my truck and it looks nice after they replace the door. The place is clean and well organized that it has enterprise rental inside the office. 10 for my review. Keep up the good job!!!!

first time here and first time personal car owner and insurance. Had company cars for many many years and dealt with other auto repair companies. Gerber Collision took the fear out of my first personal experience but I realize overall they were so wonderful in personal car and great work than what I experience in other repair companies with my company cars. I was extremely happy with the service I recieved from Gerber. Conchetta H handled my claim. she was very informative, and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs with several phone calls. I appreciated that. The person working the front counter at the Halsted address was a Woman named Jenna, and she too was a huge help with my situation. My repairs were done quickly, and whomever did the body work did an incredible job. The car looks great! I will finish by saying that with employees like Conchetta and Jenna, Gerber cannot go wrong. to say I was happy with the service would be an understatement! Thank you.

I felt the Gerber staff was very professional and easy to work with; they kept me updated about the status of my car on a regular basis and it made the experience of having an unfortunate accident so much easier to deal with. My car repairs also turned out great which is expected but the overall experience was an added bonus!
