I want to commend several of the employees, including the manager, at this Chicago location. Your employees went far above and beyond simple good service. Chris, Dave and Joe all provided me with excellent service delivered with competence and good humor. Among other things, they paid for a taxi ride back to my home on a terribly hot day; they did not want me to have to wait for a bus. One employee stopped at my home on his way back to work after an errand; he checked my vehicle to confirm the problem. On a third occasion, the manager and Joe picked up my vehicle , did the necessary work and returned the car to me. Being a senior citizen and a widowed female, I am often discounted by tradespeople, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was treated with dignity and respect by your employees. I stopped in here on my way to work one morning because I couldn't get my passenger window rolled up. I had to go out of town the next day so I wasn't interested in getting it completely fixed, just getting the window closed so I could drive the car. They took care of it super fast and were so nice about it. They also did a quick check and told me I probably just need a new switch for the window and that would fix it. When I have the time, I will definitely be going back to get the window fixed completely. Thank you so very much!

I went to Gerber for an estimate on some minor body damage. Robert, my technician, said that if I had a few minutes he could repair it while I waited. To my surprise he returned 20 minutes later; repair was completed, some scratches were buffed out and car was lightly washed, all at no cost. Robert was wonderful as was my total experience at Gerber.

I had a positive experience and would recommend them to others. I came in to fix a bumper. The whole process was very easy. I was welcomed by a friendly staff and they thoroughly explained how my car would be repaired. Also, I was frequently updated with text and phone calls. My car was ready before the promised date. The staff and service exceeded my expectations.

I just had the best experience working with one of your employees, Joe G. Joe went out of his way to get the right part for my car. He called me when it was delivered. Last month I went to Gerber Collision at 3425 N. Halsted in Chicago Illinois. I worked with Chris F and his team. I never had an accident before and did not know what to expect. Chris was the most responsive and thorough person I have every dealt with. He and his team got right on it making calls to me every few days to update me on the progress. I will highly recommend Gerber and Chris to anyone needing repair service. They deserve 10 stars. The finished product was so good I feel like I have a brand new car.

Josh provided helpful information about replacement options for my rear bumper and coordinated the work with my out of town schedule so that the car would be ready when I returned. He went the extra mile in staying an hour later so that I could pick it up as scheduled. Great work!
