Chris F. is brilliant - he has a great demeanor and is incredibly attentive. Gerber does a great job - less than Gold Coast Autos for a better job and only a little more than your "local guy". I have spent more money with Gerber than I would like, through no fault of Gerber because of which I can assert their excellence.

I just had a great experience getting a side window fixed at Gerber. The freezing temperatures had caused the glass to detach from the raising/lowering mechanism. They were able to get me right in and fix it in just 20 minutes - and for a lot less than the other shops I checked with.

He was professional, courteous, called when he said he would with updates, had my car ready sooner than expected, had it cleaned inside and out and had it ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. I could not be more pleased with my service. After a car hit me, I had extensive damage on both sides of my car- needed two doors replaced and an entire repainting. My Gerber point of contact communicated with me the entire time and talked me through all aspects of the repair. I just received my car back and it looks fantastic!

Chris (estimator) was professional, friendly and quick! My car was dropped off on Christmas Eve and back on New Year's Eve!! Not only was Gerber not delayed by the holidays, but they did an amazing job!!! Chris said it would look like it never happened (the accident) and he was soooo right! I was concerned that the paint wouldn't match since my car is 15 years old, but it looks like brand new!!! I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone who needs body work. Gerber rocks!
